IMA-Angola delegation welcomed by the Mayor of São Miguel and the National Association of Cabo Verde Municipalities
While visiting Cabo Verde, the IMA-Angola delegation, led by its Director-General, Meick Afonso, and accompanied by the NOSi team, led by the CEO of NOSi, Carlos Tavares Pina, and the Executive Director, Lumumba Barbosa, was welcomed on August 14 by the Mayor of São Miguel, Herménio Fernandes, who is also the President of the National Association of Municipalities.
They were able to exchange views on local governance, the challenges to accelerate the development process through digital technology, and also on the SIMPle project, which is being implemented in this municipality entitled "São Miguel On".
