NOSi and City Council of Sal sign a service contract
This is an important milestone in the relations between NOSi and the City Council of Sal, as it clarifies the terms of partnership, creates and guarantees the conditions to accelerate the digital transition process of this municipality, which plays an important role in the framework of the Cape Verde Strategic Sustainable Development Plan (SDP).
The contract was signed this Wednesday, August 10, at Paços do Concelho, in the city of Espargos, by the CEO of NOSi, Carlos Tavares Pina, and the Mayor of Sal, Júlio Lopes, in attendance of both entities' teams.
With this partnership, the City Council of Sal is more prepared to accelerate its digital transformation through, mainly, the improvement of the Cadastro and SIMLand system, the dematerialization of processes, the development of new solutions, to enable the municipal public services to be provided with more quality, speed, safety and online to all residing citizens and in the diaspora.
