On the morning of Monday, July 13, NOSi welcomed the Minister of State Reform, Local Government and Decentralization, José Casemiro Barbosa Gomes de Pina, accompanied by his Chief of Staff, Adilson Gonçalves.

On his first visit to NOSi since assuming responsibility for the State Reform portfolio, the Minister was received by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Carlos Tavares Pina, together with Executive Directors Mayra Silva and Lumumba Barbosa, and their team.

The visit provided an opportunity for the Minister to gain first-hand insight into NOSi's infrastructure, operating model, and the key projects and initiatives currently underway. It also served as a valuable occasion to exchange views on the challenges and prospects of State reform, as well as the strategic role of digital transformation in advancing this process.
