Improving the safety, performance and quality of services in the Technological and Private Network of the State - RTPE and promoting a culture of prevention was the basis for the workshop "Correct use of RTPE resources", which took place on this Thursday, October 27, in the auditorium of Biblioteca Nacional (National Library), in the city of Praia.
The opening session was chaired by NOSi’s Executive Administrator, Mayra Silva, and was attended by leaders from various NOSi Directorates and about 60 computer technicians and IT managers, representatives of several public institutions based in the city of Praia.
Different themes were presented and discussed, such as the State of the Art of RTPE; Standards, Rules and procedures; cybersecurity; Data Center, among others. This sharing will be extended to all RTPE institutions.
The closing session was in charge of NOSi CEO, Carlos Tavares Pina.
The State Private Technology Network is managed by NOSi, integrates more than 700 public institutions and more than 18 thousand users. In addition to Internet services, RTPE also offers e-mail services, voice over IP (VoIP), digital governance applications, security, centralized management of Microsoft applications (Operating System, Office tools), among others.
