Preparing young people to enter and compete on the national and international market and entrepreneurship has been NOSiAkademia's major challenge. A professional internship program created by NOSi in partnership with the Government of Cabo Verde, now in its 14th edition.

On Wednesday, February 15th, in the city of Praia, 90 young graduates, coming from nearly all the islands of the country, began their internship activities at NOSiAkademia. The welcoming ceremony was presided by the Executive Director of NOSi, Mayra Siva, and the Director General of Employment, Danilson Borges, among representatives of various public and private entities and partners of the program.

During the first few weeks, these young people undergo intensive training in various technological tools, and then they are allocated to the several areas and projects of NOSi and partner entities.
