NOSi Welcomes Visit from Coordinator of MIT-AFRICA Program

NOSi had the honor of receiving a delegation on Tuesday, July 4th, led by Mr. Ari Jacobovits, the Coordinator of the MIT-AFRICA Program, accompanied by Ms. Raffella Gozzelino, the Executive Coordinator of Projects for West Africa, and Mr. João Resende Santos, an esteemed Associate Professor of International Studies at Bentley University. This visit holds significant importance as it marks the initiation of a pioneering mobility program within a Portuguese-speaking African nation, aimed at facilitating the integration of MIT students and researchers into research projects conducted by African institutions.

Under the esteemed presence of Carlos Tavares Pina, the President of the Board of Directors, and the esteemed members of the NOSi team, the visiting delegation was provided with comprehensive insights through various presentations. Notably, these presentations elucidated the operational dynamics and notable achievements of NOSiAkademia, along with the unveiling of digital transformation solutions developed by NOSi, which have played a pivotal role in propelling the nation forward.
