NOSi joined an initiative by Fontes de Almeida Elementary School, in the municipality of São Domingos, which aims to recognize students on the Honor Roll and raise awareness within the educational community about the conscious, responsible, and safe use of the internet.

The ceremony took place on May 29 at the school, and among those present were the Education Delegate of São Domingos, Silvino Almeida; the Executive Director of NOSi, Lumumba Barbosa; and the school principal, Ivanilda Lopes. During the event, trophies and certificates of recognition were presented to the 48 distinguished students.

NOSi also organized a talk on Internet Safety for students, parents, and guardians. The session was led by Neusa Sanches and Liane Gonçalves, specialists from NOSi’s Security Operations Center (SOC), and focused on the safe and responsible use of the internet and social media, with particular emphasis on personal data protection and best practices in the digital environment.

This initiative reinforces NOSi’s commitment to promoting inclusion and digital literacy, helping to foster citizens who are more aware and better prepared for the challenges of the digital world.
