As part of the institutional relations between the Court of Auditors of Cape Verde (TCCV) and the Court of Auditors of the Democratic Republic of São Tomé and Príncipe (TCSTP), a delegation from São Tomé and Príncipe paid a visit to NOSi on Thursday, March 12, a visit to NOSi, as part of the official agenda of the mission taking place in Cape Verde from March 9 to 13, 2026.

Welcomed by NOSi’s Executive Director, Lumumba Barbosa, the delegation—comprising Secretary-General Gualter Bandeira, Administrative and Financial Director Telmo Sousa, and IT Specialist Aryson Bragança—was able to tour NOSi’s technological infrastructure and learn about its operations and the services it provides.
