On March 18, NOSi, E.P.E. hosted a technical delegation from Kosovo at its Data Center facilities as part of the Cyber Skills Sharing Programme, promoted by the Council of Europe within the framework of the Global Action on Cybercrime Enhanced (GLACY e) project.
The delegation, composed of representatives from Kosovo’s justice system institutions, included Dr. Taulant Sejdiu, Legal Expert at the Department of International Legal Cooperation of the Ministry of Justice, and Dr. Halim Borovci, Special Prosecutor at the Department for the Investigation of Corruption and Financial Crime of the Special Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kosovo. They were accompanied by Dr. Helton Barros, Vice-President of the Superior Council of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Cabo Verde.
This institutional visit forms part of an international programme for the exchange of knowledge and best practices in the investigation of cybercrime and economic and financial crime, aimed at strengthening international cooperation and enhancing the technical capacity of justice sector professionals.
During the visit to NOSi, where they were received by a technical team, the delegation had the opportunity to undertake a technical tour and meet with the CSIRT (Computer Security Incident Response Team), focusing on the exchange of experiences related to the prevention, detection, and response to cybersecurity incidents, as well as NOSi’s role in the national digital security and public sector digital transformation ecosystem.
