In response to an invitation from the Multisectoral Economic Regulatory Agency, NOSi actively participated on Tuesday, June 20, at UNICV, in the 3rd Cabo Verde Internet Governance Forum (IGF), which centered around the overarching theme of "Empowering People: Shaping the Internet We Desire". This noteworthy initiative garnered support from the United Nations (UN) and attracted the esteemed presence of renowned international experts from Brazil and Portugal. Representing NOSi was Luísa Chantre, the WebLab Team Leader, who delivered an insightful presentation titled "Digital Education and Technological Literacy (50)."

The forum diligently aimed to foster lively discussions, facilitate knowledge exchange, and encourage multisectoral dialogue concerning public policies governing Internet Governance. The focal points included deliberations on establishing standards, defining decision-making processes, and designing programs that promote the development and implementation of exemplary practices in this ever-evolving domain."
