Visit around Santiago Island and its history was on the itinerary of the IMA delegation in Cabo Verde
Cabo Verde and Angola, two Lusophone African countries also united by history. Taking advantage of the stay in Cabo Verde for the technical exchange with NOSi, the delegation of the Institute for Administrative Modernization of Angola (IMA), accompanied by the NOSi team, made a visit to Santiago Island, with passage through the Tarrafal Concentration Camp, then called Chão Bom Labor Camp (CTCB), which in the 60s and 70s hosted Angolan political prisoners, and Cidade Velha, intangible heritage of humanity and cradle of the Cape Verdean nation.
