The Deputy Prime Minister chairs inauguration of the NOSi Innovation Center in Mindelo
Francis Fanon Street, beside the People's Palace in Mindelo, is also now the address of the NOSi Innovation Center (NOSiC - NOSi's Innovation Center).
The opening act took place on Thursday, September 22, and was chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Finance and Business Development and Minister of Digital Economy, Dr. Olavo Correia, in the presence of the NOSi Board of Directors, and team, the Mayor of São Vicente, representatives of public and private companies, partner institutions and academies.
NOSiC in Mindelo, together with ProEmpresa, CVD Program, Business Incubation Center (BIC) and other public and private partners, aims to support students, researchers and entrepreneurs in digital sciences in the creation of private companies, cooperatives and technology-based social projects, and to promote the knowledge transfer between research units and external economic agents.
