NOSiTSM is the communications and technology service center of NOSi, EPE, which provides a single point of contact (SPOC) between its customers, employees and business partners.

Its mission is to ensure that all users of the RTPE and beyond receive timely service and appropriate help. 

Under NOSiTSM the following sub-areas are maintained and created: 

  • Change Process Management (CPM); 
  • Service Desk Management (SDM);
  • IT Operations Management (IT Ops).
