BIS adds the competencies of the current areas that include Bussiness Intelligence solutions, SharePoint Applications and PDEX platform, within the context of the country's digital transformation, namely:

• Ensure analytical solutions based not only, on historical data, but on on time data;
• Ensure that the use of loT data flows through messaging technologies and systems such as Kafka, MQTT, OSI PI, OPC UA, among others;
• Develop and spread the massive use of AIOps (artificial intellegence for IT operations) technologies and approach and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies and approach.
