Cape Verde is proud of having today a more modern and competent public sector and proud to be recognised internationally as a reference and successful case-study both in terms of e-governance and the use and integration of information systems to modernize the country.
The country experience in these domains has been shared with various countries, international forums and conferences. Presentations in North American Congress, in Singapore, in South-Africa, in Caribbean, are some of the examples.
In 2007, Cape Verde was recognized by UN as the fifth African country in terms of E-governance and leader of our Sub-region.
